The CarbonFire 10 is a lightweight, modular EOD disrupter system built into a portable operational pack. It supports the full range of bomb-squad work — large venue sweeps, DIGPRO, fly-away missions, break-out truck operations, SWAT tactical support, and long-range route clearance. More than 2,000 units are in service with state, local, federal, and DoD EOD teams. The system is covered by multiple U.S. patents and proof-tested against all PAN disrupter ammunition. The barrel, breech, and breech plug carry a 10-year unconditional warranty.
Each OPS PAK III includes the CarbonFire barrel with 6″ extension, MagFire breech and breech plug, tripod with dual green-laser barrel mount, EOD 12-gauge laser boresighter, HD drag chute, windproof ejection bag with lanyard and breech protector, pen initiator and shock tube cutter, clamp-on/base plate/stake mounts with adapter, polymer skid plate, cleaning and tool kits, Cordura case with shoulder harness, EOD-XP brass slugs (3-ring and 4-ring, box of 5 each), PJ-100 and DJ-200 AquaJet nozzles, EOD-XP ammunition and projectile samples, and a tactical pack with mini tripod.
